A deposit of $444 will hold one of the limited spaces and will be refundable, less a $44 administration fee, until Oct. 25, 2006. The balance of $1000 will be due no later than Nov. 25, 2006.

INCLUDED

The fee includes all of the ground transportation for the scheduled part of the journey including to/from Cancun airport on the scheduled arrival and departure days between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm. Also included are sleeping accommodations (at the locations listed in the itinerary) and all group access fees to the ancient ruin sites listed. The costs are based on shared accommodation, 2 to a room with individual beds. If single accommodation is required the cost will be higher. A registration form and release form will be sent after making your down payment. Personal flower essence consultation/creation and 2 individual hours of bodywork per person will also be offered to each participant as part of their fee.

NOT INCLUDED

The fee does not include your airfare to/from Cancun and all meals and gratuities. We estimate the cost for meals will be between an additional $250 and $500 per person depending on your individual needs and tastes. We will be 'on the road' for the first 5 days of the journey and will be eating in hotels and/or restaurants. For the final 5 days of the journey we will be staying in 3 luxury homes/villas located beside each other in Playa Del Carmen, which will provide participants the option of making some or all of their own meals (and doing their own dishes!). Many restaurants are close to the villas and we are also researching the possibility of having an in-house cook during our stay in the homes that may entail an additional small, shared charge.
