ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Cancun. Van transportation to the central Yucatan city of Valladolid (approx. 1.5 hour drive). Stay at Hotel Meson in the central plaza of town.
Day 2: Drive to Loltun Caves (approx. 3.5 hour drive). Group descends into Mother Earth and holds ceremony to connect in a unified way and to ask for permission to begin the journey. Drive to Uxmal (approx. 45 min. drive). Stay at Hacienda Uxmal, located beside the ruins of Uxmal.
Day 3: Visit Uxmal - the 1st or Root Chakra. Hold ceremony within the ruins to begin the journey. Uxmal is a large and well-developed site. Take the rest of the day to tour at your leisure. Attend the laser light show that evening. Stay at Hacienda Uxmal.
Day 4: Visit Labna - 2nd or Sacral Chakra (approx. 35 min. drive). Drive to Kabah - 3rd or Solar Plexus Chakra (approx. 20 min. drive). Both Labna and Kabah are smaller sites and less developed although they contain some of the more interesting architecture and powerful energy. Lunch in Ticul. Drive to Chichen Itza (approx. 2.5 hour drive) and check into Mayaland Hotel, located just outside the ruin walls.
Day 5: Visit Chitzen Itza - 4th or Heart Chakra. Tour the famous site of Chichen Itza and conduct ceremony at the cenote. Drive to Playa del Carmen (approx. 2 hour drive). Check into Villas - 3 luxury homes where we will stay for the next 5 nights.
Day 6: You may spend the day relaxing, shopping, and join us in the afternoon for an incredible and rejuvenating float trip through the fresh water Sian Ka'an laguna. We don life jackets and let the gentle current float us down canals dug by the Mayans through the limestone between 2 lagoons. A magical and healing experience.
Day 7: Visit Coba - 3.5 Chakra... through the void. Coba represents the 1/2 step, or 1/2 note, between the 3rd and 4th Chakras. We will hold special ceremony to integrate with the time/space portal contained here. (approx. 1 hour drive each way)
Day 8: Tulum - 5th or Throat Chakra. Drive to Tulum (approx. 45 minutes drive each way), the only Mayan site located beside the ocean. Special ceremony will be held to connect with the water and to commemorate the last site we will visit on Part 1 of our journey. The last part of the day will be spent in the magical waters of the beach at Tulum.
Day 9: Relaxation, beach time, shopping whatever your pleasure. We will gather in the afternoon for a closing ceremony and then in the evening, for a CELEBRATION!
Day 10: Depart from Cancun for home...
